Perks are delivered to your account automatically at checkout and cannot be unwound from the game state once issued. This covers buyer's remorse, accidental purchases, account bans for breaking the rules, account loss, server downtime, and changes to package contents.
Filing a chargeback or PayPal dispute is a permanent ban with no appeal and the loss of all purchased perks.
